We take our Vision and Mission Statements very seriously.  Every month our Board of Missions and Evangelism selects a mission project for our prayerful support. This includes various projects indentified by Concordia Lutheran Mission Society, the missions arm of Lutheran Church - Canada.  Our congregation is encouraged to support these missions through their prayers, offerings and service in the mission field.

You Don't Have to Go Far to Find Mission Opportunities

Right where God has planted us there are opportunities every day to share the Gospel with family, friends and neighbors.

There are also opportunities to take that message to other regions and other countries. We encourage our congregation to participate in mission trips including service on the BC Mission Boat and to Central America where we "adopt" a community to provide worship and educational facilities. Congregational mission trips are organized every two years and involve people of all ages in construction, education and outreach programs.

In February our mission emphasis will be on Lutheran Hour Ministries

Lutheran Hour Ministries is a Christian outreach ministry supporting churches worldwide. LHM produces Christian radio and TV programming for broadcast, as well as Internet and print communications, dramas, music, and outreach materials, to reach unchurched people in more than 30 countries. LHM's flagship program, The Lutheran Hour, airs weekly on more than 900 stations in North America
